Returns We do not offer automatic returns. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at support@aurenza-store.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to assist you on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will issue a full refund. To request a refund, please contact us at support@aurenza-store.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
